We ship all our items from HolgaDirect Headquarters here in Hong Kong. We use the very reliable Hong Kong Postal service for all shipments. They do a great job for a great price. This all helps to keep OUR costs (which mean YOUR costs) low. We pay an extra supplement for insurance and a ‘registered’ service. At the moment we use a standard shipping charge for all destinations depending on the weight of the item(s). This may change depending on customer trends.
Normally packages take between 7-14 days for delivery. At certain times we have seen certain countries introduce periods of extra security measures at airport arrival points. This can sometimes introduce additional delays which is unfortunately out of our hands.
With the registered delivery service we use we receive a Tracking reference number which is passed to the Customer on the day the package is passed to the Post Office. This reference number can be used on the following website to track the current status and whereabouts of the shipment:

We do advise that customers choosing standard delivery options please allow at least the 14 days quoted before contacting us regarding late deliveries. Before contacting us please also check the online tracking using the tracking reference and web links provided in the shipping confirmation email which you will receive from us on the day the items are shipped. In the majority of cases the items can be tracked online and will be delivered within a few further days.
