We are a small team of folk who are crazy about Holga Cameras and Photography and decided to create an online resource and store around this. Please read 'About Us' for more information.

Well we know there are a lot of sources for Holga cameras out there but we wrote a small piece on why you might choose HolgaDirect.
4. What payment methods does HolgaDirect accept?

3. Why no Free Shipping? 

We value our customers at HolgaDirect and therefore would like to ensure that they receive at least if not more than a good level of service from product advice to purchase to shipping right through to usage. Free shipping services more often than not lack one or more of the following features: 'no insurance', 'no tracking', 'no express handling'. Your shipping charges at HolgaDirect include all these things as standard. We believe our customers appreciate these features and are comfortable paying the small premium for them.

4. How long before you ship my purchase?
If a product is listed as 'In Stock' then it is shipped the same day if the purchase is made before 12pm Hong Kong time. If the order is submitted after this time we will do our best to get it sent the same day but if this is not possible it is shipped the next morning. Either way the time between ordering and shipping is nearly always less than 24 hours. 
5. How long does shipping take?

Normally all shipments to most countries take between 7-14 days to arrive. From time to time there are various delays introduced to various countries due to natural events (snowstorms, floods, etc) or governmental security measures. Unfortunately both of these types of events are something we cannot control and so may have an effect on delivery.
6. Hey, I ordered something from you and it ain't arrived!
We do endeavour to ship items the same or next (if after office hours in Hong Kong) working day after we receive your online order. After we pass the item to the Hong Kong Post Office we receive a tracking reference number which we pass back to you. While we do expect most packages to arrive within 7-14 days we cannot guarantee this. If after this time you still have not received your items and are having trouble tracking the shipment using the tracking reference please contact us at support@holgadirect.com where we will try and help.
